When you use this website, or when you follow a link to another site, whether it be my shop at etsy.com, my redbubble.com store, my teepublic.com shop, my society6.com store, or any other site, you need to know that you will also be agreeing to their respective terms and conditions, privacy policies, etc.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
Digital Goods
Digital goods/download products are for your personal use only. If you wish to share it/them with others, please choose that option on the product page and pay the extra fee/s.
If you wish to use it for commercial purposes, please contact me.
Please Note: Due to their nature, I do not accept cancellations, refunds, nor exchanges on digital products and services.
Payment options
- I accept paypal payments through this store. You can pay for your purchase through your paypal account, or use their secure system to pay with your credit/debit card.
- Buyers who will pay for their order through an Australian bank account will also have the option to pay via bank deposit. If you do not have an Australian bank account, you are not eligible to pay for your order via direct deposit.
- If you choose to pay via direct deposit and you pay/attempt to pay, through any bank account other than an Australian one, you will be liable for, and will have to pay for, the cost of any fees charged to me because of the way you paid for/attempted to pay for, your order.
Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges
Cancellations:
I will accept cancellations on tangible goods as long as I have received your request to cancel your order before I have shipped it to you. Once your order has been shipped, you cannot cancel it.
My cancellation policy is one of the reasons I adopted the 3 – 4 business days before shipping policy. It gives you time to change your mind before I ship your order. For the best chance of success, I recommend that you request your cancellation within 2 days of purchase.
Refunds
I do not offer change of mind refunds.
I do not accept exchanges, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
I do not offer refunds for products that are damaged during shipping and delivery, so I recommend that you choose the “Insured Shipping” option during checkout to insure your package against damage, loss, and theft.

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items I, generally, do not accept returns for:
- Digital products
- Digital services (Digital/Virtual services will usually have their own refund policy included in the item description, so please read the product description and information carefully so you can make a decision on your purchase as fully informed as possible.)
- Custom or personalised orders.
Please contact me if there is a problem with your order, just in case an exemption may apply to your particular order.
Conditions Of Return
- When I have authorised a refund, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Packaging & Shipping
If the amount you have paid for shipping is greater than the cost of the packaging and shipping required to send your order, I will refund the difference where that difference is AU$1.00 or more.
On the flip side of that, if packaging and shipping costs more than the shipping you’ve paid, by AU$2.00 or more, I will contact you to give you two, or more, options for your order. These options usually are:
- You can pay the extra amount to cover the difference in packaging and shipping costs.
or
- You can cancel your order and I will refund your money.
Other Terms & Conditions
Other terms and conditions may be included in other areas of the site, such as on individual product pages, the FAQ page, the Contact page, and sometimes on other pages posts and pages as well. All Terms & Conditions on this site are just as binding as those outlined on this page.
