What is Gift Wrap & Ship?

Gift Wrap & Ship is a service I provide where you can choose your gifts and cards from my store and have them shipped gift wrapped with a personal message directly to your recipient.

Sending Gifts To Australia From Overseas

If you’ve ever send gifts internationally, then you probably know that it often means that you have to pay significant shipping costs to get them there. By shopping at my store for your Australia-bound gifts and cards, you can minimise your shipping costs by purchasing them straight from my site, and having them shipped directly to the special people in your life in Australia.

Where Are You Based?

I live on the North Coast of Tasmania Australia. It’s totally gorgeous here and I highly recommend that you visit Tasmania for a holiday.

Be mindful though, you might love it so much you won’t want to leave. 🙂

Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping may vary. Generally, your items will be shipped within 3 – 4 business days following your payment confirmation.  Sometimes there are extra delays during holiday periods and the like.

For any extra details that may apply to individual items, please see the listing description. Plus, I’ll let you know if there will be any delay at my end. (Possible, but very rare.)

Shipping & Packaging

If the amount you have paid for shipping is greater than the cost of the packaging and shipping required to send your order, I will refund the difference where that difference is AU$1.00 or more.

On the flip side of that, if packaging and shipping costs more than the shipping you’ve paid, by AU$2.00 or more, I will contact you to give you two, or more, options for your order. These options usually are:

• You can pay the extra amount to cover the difference in packaging and shipping costs.

or

• You can cancel your order and I will refund your money.

Digital Goods

Downloadable products are for your personal use only. If you wish to share it with others, please choose that option on the product page and pay the extra fee/s.

If you wish to use it for commercial purposes, please contact me.
